It's time to stop the use of the word bossy. As a girl who is drawn to leadership rules, I think this campaign is amazing. I have recently gained a place on a PGCE programme but I don't want to stop at being a teacher. I want to go further and strive to be a headteacher or even a lecturer in education. I want to do this without being put down by people, being called controlling or bossy.
It's time to ban bossy and let everyone have a fair chance at gaining leadership roles.
